Peqsports is proud to cover the whole of the UK for an additional charge of £0.50 per mile. International Event prices are upon discussion.

Please note: Charge is only for travel outside 10 miles of Gloucestershire.

Peqsports can operate in the rain on a case by case basis.

For shoots where the weather may pose a danger , for example: lightning on a equine photoshoot, the photoshoot will be rearranged accordingly.

I will communicate with the client as soon as possible in the event of a rescheduling.

Team photos and reels have a turnaround of 48 hours from the end of the match, with slo-mos of scores generally ready during the game depending on your social media needs.

Individual photos and reels have a 7 day turnaround depending on the type of shoot.

Reels and photos will be shared through Dropbox in order to retain high quality images.

Please note: this is subject to time of year, as some months are busier than others.

Yes! Once booked and Paid for, those photos and videos are yours to share however you would like.

I do politely ask to be tagged or added as a collaborator in content shared on Instagram, so I can share what we've made together :)

30-day Invoices will be sent to the Client email provided, in some cases a deposit may be required before the day of media creations.

In the case that the invoice is not paid within 30 days, the client will be reminded via email and charged +£10 every subsequent day until payment is made.
